I reserve all rights to my work and may add any piece to my portfolio/post them to my socials.

Clients may not claim my work as their own or erase any watermarks.

Clients must disclose if their commission is for personal or commercial use upfront.

If for commercial purposes, the client and I must discuss and agree on the use of my work.

Using personal-use commissions for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

I do not consent to using my art in NFT projects or AI training.

Clients must credit me ,@CrescentMoore, when posting my commissioned work online/publicly.

I take Venmo [preferred] and Paypal, and all prices are listed in USD.

50% is paid after sketch is approval, and the rest must be paid after finishing.

Partial refunds are offered if a commission is cancelled after the sketch stage.

Full refunds are offered if a commission is cancelled before the sketch is started.

Clients may not receive a refund if final render has been started.

My turnaround time is 3-7 Days, but it can change depending on my current queue and the complexity of your order.

Deadlines must be disclosed upfront and should be within my general TaT.

A rush fee may apply if a client requires it sooner than my TaT, and a priority fee may apply if the deadline requires me to prioritize a client's commission above others in my queue.

I may reject a deadlined request if I don't think the given timeframe is enough.

Clients may request large revisions during the sketch stage. Once final color is approved, I can only make small changes to the piece.

Please note that extensive revisions may incur a fee (unless it's a mistake on my part).

Slow feedback/Additional edits may result in a longer TaT.

If I don't receive a response for over 2 weeks, I may cancel the commission.

The final product will be sent via Email as a PNG file. I cannot provide CSP/PSD/etc. documents.
